1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us via email before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

be unused and in the same condition as received

include all accessories, cables, manuals, and packaging

be returned in the original manufacturer packaging

show no signs of installation or usage

Products that show signs of use may be subject to depreciation or refusal of return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

products specially ordered for the customer

customized products

opened sealed software or digital products

items damaged due to misuse

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:

order number

product name

reason for return

Once the return request is approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.

5. Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For high-value Hi-Fi equipment, we recommend:

insured shipping

original packaging

tracked delivery

AtomAkustik is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

6. Refund Process

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

order number

photos of the product and packaging

description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

8. Depreciation

If returned products show signs of use beyond normal inspection, AtomAkustik reserves the right to apply reasonable depreciation in accordance with EU consumer law.
